one immediate thing tho is that i had a great day with stuations with my defiant puppy that up to yeaterday were soooo triggering of old anger. i didnt get mad at him even once!😂 he wasnt any different, i was. and thats what pummulted me to my birth day omg. great stuff😊🙏
