its an incredible Practice! im reading the oraywr aloud every morning & at dif parts of the day when life gets hard. then in between i just mentally repeat what ive memerized so far (up to 'forgive & forget') when i repeat nothing nobody i literally feel my whole pelvis & hips & jaw relax like its melting. i knew i was storing trauma there but didnt kno how to access so i just left it alone lol. as the physical melts im mentally remembering marriages, divorces, birth family, adopted fam....then i go get my book & read aloud to myself the rest of the prayer, the forgiveness. really epic. the first week i felt sooo much anger & rage & resentments! 2nd week turned to sadness lots of crying. now colors in nature are getting brighter & relationships are shifting in sweet ways. its a very precious experience that i cant really articulate yet but thats sOMe little details😊 im going to continue with this and start writing about it soon, maybe write a substack😂 for now its just for me and i sense im just scratching the surface of the potential of this forgiveness practice. This resonates profoundly. I found that my expansion into the beyond definitions expanded my points of awareness in an omnidirectional way. This gives access to frequencies from past events stored in my field and body, evoking the emotions that resonated with those frequencies like a tuning fork. These were rough, and when I could remember to surrender to Soul and go to nothing nobody I too felt a rush of the new frequency expansion. It took me a while to gain this awareness of what was happening, but the continuous repeatability of the result of expanding into Grace, like you, kept me going. Forgiveness, Essence reminds me all the time, is an act of Grace.
Isn’t this exquisite? And each of our Essence know this. The moment we surrender we connect with the part of us that is pure frequency, and knows how to guide each of us through our own unique expansion.

sobbing as i read this Lars💜 been super balanced everything working well for days. then couple hours ago big old wound got triggered...went into the Prayer and a flood of memories of me being awful in the past (stuff ive done that ive never been able to forgive) and im literally shaking tryna do this forgiveness on all that stuff. i couldnt do it this vouce screaming in my head that those aspects of me are NOT EVER FORGIVABLE. so i came here to read sOMething of urs to try to help ease me in...and i see this beautiful reply. gonna read it again then go back into the prayer. thank you beautiful medicine man🙏🪶💫
Thank you for sharing Hawk. You're doing beautifully. Every moment you spend in surrender and forgiveness is pealing away the layers of positionalities that have created the filters through which your life is and has been perceived. Old wounds, traumas and hard times were there all along, and now being dissolved in the space of Grace. The beauty of your work is your persistence and continuing to go to surrender and nothing nobody. Erasing the definitions of past positionalities removes their power over your life. There will be some that are quite resistant, because they want to hang on to their version of what happened, and in a way create their own echo in your mind. That echo is now being quietened down and dissolved. Through the repetition, you are entraining your entire body, central nervous system and mind to automatically transcend every positionality that arises. This is the miracle you are stepping into continuously. I deeply honour the work you are doing. Sending you love and wishes for Grace and peace to fill your whole being.
