Life unfolds in direct proportion to the quality of our points of awareness.

This fundamental truth has been revealed to me over and over again, each time I begin my forgiveness prayer.

The process starts with surrender—surrendering to my Essence, my Soul, and stepping into the state of nothing, nobody. It is the final positionality in any given moment that surrenders, dissolving into the vastness beyond identity.

Essence first revealed this truth to me through the recognition of how programmed responses shape our experience. Phrases like "it’s all love," "we are all one," or "the universe has a plan" often serve as misdirects, keeping us locked in externally referenced realities. These statements, while seemingly profound, distract from the deeper recognition that everything we seek is already within us. Whether it is a deity, a guru, a sacred place, or even intuition, these constructs often function as barriers to the direct experience of Essence.

The first year I practiced nothing, nobody was a challenging one. I did not yet understand positionalities—I simply surrendered.

My Soul continually whispered, "Just let me handle it. Go to nothing, nobody, and I will take care of the rest."

When Essence introduced the concept of positionalities to me, it became instantly clear: the root of all suffering lies in positionality itself.

Imagine a vast wall covered in a high-density pixel image. My view, shaped by personal history, belief systems, and experiences, was just a single pixel. In contrast, my Essence viewed the entire image. The more I practiced surrender, the more I began to shift beyond my limited perspective. This expansion allowed me to access new points of awareness beyond my conditioned beliefs.

The Weight of Positionalities

Every positionality carries judgment, comparison, pride, fear, anger, resentment, guilt, and shame. These positionalities shape our needs, expectations, and addictions. They define the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us. But when we surrender, when we step into nothing, nobody, we enter a space beyond these limitations.

Essence has often cautioned me that if I were suddenly given full access to perceptual reality as it truly is, I would instantly go insane. The glimpses I have been shown reveal a spectrum beyond comprehension—one that includes both unimaginable beauty and overwhelming darkness. And yet, this spectrum is simply a range of frequencies, nothing more.

As we surrender and ask our Essence and Soul to raise our frequency, power, and points of awareness, doors of perception begin to open gently. The process is gradual, always metered to what we can handle. With each expansion, the old positionalities that once defined us lose their grip, and we come to recognize that life is indeed lived in direct proportion to the quality of our awareness.

Relatability and the Desire for Connection

In solitude, I encountered an unexpected challenge: the longing for relatability. We often seek validation through shared experiences, asking others, "Did you see that? Did you experience that?" This desire for mutual understanding is deeply ingrained. Yet, in true surrender, the only relationship that remains is the one with our Soul and Essence.

We have access to an infinite depth of knowledge, yet we have been conditioned to seek it outside of ourselves. Teachers, gurus, astrology, meditation—all of these are external reference points. What if, instead of seeking guidance externally, we spent years surrendering, going to nothing, nobody, day and night? This is the path to true awareness, the expansion into Essence.

The Illusion of Control

For years, I meticulously planned my days, scripting my life with intention and purpose. And yet, when I fully embraced nothing, nobody, these practices began to feel irrelevant. The need to control was replaced by trust in the movement of Essence through me. Goals became less about achievement and more about alignment with the unfolding of Essence.

With each act of surrender, points of awareness expand. And as awareness expands, we gain access to both light and dark. What once seemed clear dissolves, and new perceptual realities emerge. The mind, conditioned by external programming, attempts to grasp and name these experiences, but naming is itself a misdirect—a limitation imposed by positionality.

Forgiveness as the Ultimate Liberation

Forgiveness is the process of dissolving positionalities. Each moment presents an opportunity to forgive—whether it is a thought, an expectation, a fear, or an attachment. Forgiveness is not reserved for moments of hardship; it is equally necessary for moments of joy and pride. Even the most uplifting experiences, if held onto, become misdirects.

My Essence has shown me that the forces that operate in darkness function within a narrow band of awareness. Their existence depends on sustaining certain frequencies—shame, guilt, fear, and anger. By expanding beyond these frequencies through surrender, we alter our resonance so dramatically that such forces can no longer perceive us. We simply move beyond their perceptual field.

A New Neurology Emerges

Day by day, a new neurology forms, one that transcends previous limitations. Sensory awareness expands, revealing aspects of existence that were previously inaccessible. As surrender deepens, points of awareness multiply, creating an entirely new experience of reality. The stories, judgments, and programmed beliefs that once shaped our perception fall away, leaving only the direct experience of Essence.

The journey is one of continuous surrender—of letting go of the positionalities that define us, of dissolving the need to name, of stepping beyond the structures of external reference. Life is not about accumulating knowledge but about dissolving the barriers that obscure true awareness.

And so, in every moment, the invitation remains the same: surrender, go to nothing, nobody, and allow your Essence to reveal the infinite expanse of awareness that has always been available to you.

Soul said, “Lars, Forgiveness is God’s Grace in action.”
