When I first was introduced to positionalities by my Essence, I was completely stunned by the realization that my entire life up to that point had been a chasing of outcomes from a very limited and highly addicted perspective.
All of my work, relationships, and even life’s work, were being shaped by the limited points of awareness and frequency ranges of all of my positionalities.
When this really clicks for you, you as will have a glorious transcendent awareness.
So how does one’s spiritual path become a miss-directed frequency range of experience we can become addicted to?
According to Dr. Candace Pert and Dr. Bruce Lipton’s research, amongst many others, we are flooded with hormones with each of our thoughts, emotions and states of being.
When we think or feel a thought often enough, our cells become addicted to those thoughts.
A major breakthrough for me, was when Essence first said, “Lars, positionalities are the root of all suffering.”
And when we look beyond the positionalities, and into their needs, expectations, desires and addictions. We can easily see how addictive any of our thoughts, beliefs, and blueprints can be… even the our own spiritual definitions and positionalities.
As I forgave my positionalities one by one, I started to feel a washing off of all of my long held spiritual beliefs.
I began experiencing the untethering of long-held structures of awareness that have kept me captive my entire life.
So how do we build these cycles of miss-directed energy of our positionalities, and how do we dissolve and transcend them?
Needs come from positionalities, and from their unfolding stories in life.
Every position we take, whether it's a belief, a perspective, or a role we identify with, creates needs.
These needs give rise to expectations.
When those expectations are met or unmet, they evolve into desires.
Desires, when met or unmet, and repeated in our minds often enough, lead to addictions.
For most of my life, I didn't see how much of my existence was shaped by needs and the positionalities creating them.
Needs seemed natural, even necessary.
But over months of deep forgiveness practice, Essence showed me the truth:
Every need is a tether, a frequency range keeping me locked into a limited experience of life.
When I began forgiving needs, it was simple at first—the obvious things like forgiving the need for approval, the need to be understood, or the need to be right.
I felt liberated from entire thought structures, which gave me a more clear lens to look even deeper.
What about every day needs?
Such as … what about the need to drink water?
You know, the essentials of living!
How about the need for safety, sustenance and even being entertained (distracted)?
And then this started to wash away even more layers, to reveal the foundations of needs.
Like the needs to feel loved, connected and nurtured.
I continued forgiving all needs, layer by layer, watching them all dissolve.
Forgiving needs doesn't mean you stop drinking water or stop loving people, or feeling loved. It means those actions no longer come from the lack and limited frequency ranges of the expectations of positionalities. Instead, you transcend into an experience of life from your Essence points of awareness, frequency and power—pure, untethered, and free. Drinking water after forgiving the need for it, for example, becomes a completely different experience. The water feels alive, connecting to something far greater than the old pattern of satisfying a basic requirement.
As the needs dissolved, so did the expectations attached to them. I expected certain outcomes from relationships, work, and even small daily routines.
Every unmet expectation was a layer of frustration, a form of suffering I hadn’t realized I was carrying. By forgiving those expectations, I experienced a transcendence of them.
Desires, I discovered, are just unmet needs magnified.
They’re the echoes of unfulfilled expectations that pull us toward outcomes we think will complete us. Desires often misdirect energy, keeping us locked in cycles of pursuit and disappointment.
Forgiving desires was like unplugging from a machine I didn’t even know I was powering. When you tap into the awareness of what this statement means, you will have one of the biggest awakenings of your entire life.
Addictions came next.
They’re the most tightly woven threads, the loops of need, expectation, and desire playing out over and over again. Forgiving addictions felt monumental. But each time I forgave, essence erased the frequencies tied to those loops. And on the other side was peace—a peace so profound, it reshaped my entire experience of my unfolding stories of life.
It was a continuous experience of transcendence from a previously limited range of frequencies of the postitionalities experiencing the needs, into the expansion and experience from Essence frequency, power and points of awareness.
The practice is straightforward:
Start with "I am nothing. I am nobody."
Call on your Essence to raise your frequency, power, and awareness to Essence level, and give you the capacity to handle these.
Forgive the positionalities experiencing the needs, expectations, desires, or addictions in your unfolding stories.
Finally, ask your Essence to delete all of the positionalities and their points of awareness, memories, beliefs, blueprints, programming, and all vibrations and frequencies tied to it.
What’s left after forgiveness is a blank slate—a space where thought, action, and experience arise naturally, untethered to the past.
Life feels lighter, freer, and incredibly present.
This isn’t a quick fix or an intellectual exercise.
It’s a lived experience, unfolding layer by layer.
Forgiveness, from essence level, doesn’t just transform needs, expectations, desires, and addictions—it dissolves the entire structure they’re built on.
Through this process, I’ve come to see life not as a series of requirements to be fulfilled, but as an ever-unfolding tapestry of experience, guided by essence. It’s a way of living that isn’t tethered to the old, limited patterns of positionality. Instead, it’s free, expansive, and deeply connected to the God.
Essence Forgiveness Prayer:
Essence, I am Nothing, I am Nobody.
Raise my frequency to your frequency.
Raise my Power to your Power.
Raise my ability to handle this Power.
Raise all my points of awareness to your points of awareness.
Raise my ability to handle all of these points of awareness.
Essence, raise my ability to forgive and forget to your ability to forgive and forget, instantly and permanently.
Essence, I forgive the positionalities of [state the name of the positionality experiencing the specific need, expectation, desire or addiction], in my past, my present and in my future for all eternity.
Essence please forgive, delete and permanently erase all of these positionalities and all of their points of awareness, memories, beliefs, blueprints, programs, vibrations and frequencies in my past, my present and in my future for all eternity.
It is done.
It is done.
It is done.
So be it.
